This free business card maker lets you design a professional two-sided card in your browser in a few minutes. Type your details, pick a layout and colors, and download a 300 dpi PDF that a print shop can use straight away. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no upload: your details stay on your own device.
Keep all text inside the blue safe-zone line, since cutting can drift by a millimetre or two. Leave bleed on when sending the PDF to a print shop: the background extends 3 mm past the trim line so no white edge shows after cutting. Ask for 300–350 gsm card stock for a sturdy card. Before ordering a full batch, print one copy and scan the QR code with your phone.
Yes. You can design, download and print as many cards as you like. There is no account, no watermark and no paid tier.
In the United States and Canada the standard is 3.5 × 2 inches (88.9 × 50.8 mm). Much of Europe uses 85 × 55 mm, and Australia uses 90 × 55 mm. All three sizes are available here.
Bleed is extra background beyond the edge where the card is cut. Print shops trim stacks of cards at once, so a small amount of bleed stops thin white edges from appearing. Use the 3 mm bleed for professional printing and turn it off for digital cards you share by email or messaging apps.
In "Save contact" mode the QR code holds a vCard with your name, company, title, phone, email, website and address, so anyone who scans it can add you to their contacts in one tap. In "Website" mode it opens your website instead.
The card is designed in your browser, and your design is saved on your device for 30 days after your last change so you can come back to it. You can delete it at any time. Your details are only sent to a server if you add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet: they are used to create the pass and are not kept by this site, though Google stores Google Wallet passes on its own servers.
Yes, for free. On an iPhone with iOS 27 or later, tap Add to Apple Wallet and Wallet's own Create a Pass feature turns your card's QR code into a pass. On Android, tap Add to Google Wallet and use Google Wallet's Everything else option the same way. Where this site has wallet passes set up, Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet create a finished pass in one tap, with your details and a QR code that saves your contact when someone scans it. You can also save your details as a contact file (.vcf).
Yes. Download the PDF, print it at 100% scale (not "fit to page") on heavy card stock, and cut along the trim line. For cleaner edges and larger quantities, a local print shop will give better results.
On an iPhone with iOS 27 or later, Wallet can turn a QR code into a pass. No app, account or fee needed.
